I checked around a bit before buying, and these were the best prices I found. Definitely worth taking a look if you're comparing options

The parts inside seem fine, but the packaging was really disappointing this time. The box was all banged up when it arrived, so I had to spend extra time checking everything over to make sure nothing was damaged. Kind of annoying when that should’ve been handled better before shipping.

The site was easy to use and it didn’t take forever to figure anything out. I just searched by my car and the parts pages had enough info without making it confusing. Checkout wasn’t not simple either, which was nice. I’ve used a few auto parts sites that feel messy, but this one was smooth for me.

I was a loyal customer for a long time, but lately it just feels like they dont really care anymore. Dissapointing, honestly

I was getting frustrated trying to find a few parts that were sold out everywhere else, so I was relieved when USP Motorsports had them in stock. Placed the order without any hassle, and everything showed up just like it was supposed to. Felt good about the whole experience and I’d definitely check here first next time.

Support was decent overall. They did help me get things sorted out eventually, but the replies were slow and I had to wait longer than I expected. Anyway... it wasn’t a terrible experience, just a little frustrating at times.

The tracking info barely updated the whole time, so I had no idea where my order was. It ended up arriving late too, which was frustrating.

I liked that there were plenty of solid brands to choose from. To me, it felt like a good mix of options, so it was easy to find something that seemed worth buying

The install help was really solid!!! Everything ended up being easy to get set up, and I didn’t have any real issues along the way!!!

I had to return a part, it did work out in the end. It just took longer than I expected, and I wasn’t sure if I was being impatient or if it was actually moving kind of slowly. Support did reply, so I can’t really complain too much, but the responses weren’t super quick. Overall it was okay, just not as smooth as I was hoping.

I ordered this two weeks ago and I’m still sitting here waiting. I get that shipping can take a little time, but this is ridiculous. I don’t have the patience to keep checking for updates every day

The part I needed was backordered, so yeah, it took longer than I was hoping for — which is always frustrating because of course the one thing you need is the thing that’s not in stock. But to be fair, they kept me updated instead of leaving me guessing, and once it finally came in, they shipped it out quickly.

It’s okay overall, but it kind of works when it wants to. Some days it’s fine and does what I need, and other times it feels clunky or doesn’t run as smoothly as it should. Not terrible, but definitely could be better

I picked up a performance part from USP Motorsports after a buddy of mine mentioned he’d had good luck with them, and overall I’m happy with it. My car definitely feels a bit quicker now, which is what I was hoping for. Shipping was alright, nothing crazy fast, but it got here. The install went okay too, though I think the instructions could’ve been clearer. For the price, I expected the whole experience to feel a little more polished, but the actual improvement to the car is solid
